After a rough start with elevator trouble, the manager swiftly relocated us to a more accessible room. We found the Dove amenities delightful and the daily breakfast spread enjoyable. the hotel's proximity to various amenities and attractions in Lancaster made our stay convenient and pleasant. Although the initial challenge left a mark, the accommodating service and comfortable amenities ultimately made our visit worthwhile.
